With over 15 years of experience, Nicole’s career has taken her from classrooms to directorial roles, spanning elementary to high school settings, private and public schools, in New York City, Los Angeles and abroad. Most recently, Nicole was a Lead Teacher and Reading Specialist at Rolling Hills Preparatory, serving neurodivergent students from grades 3-10.

Nicole's affinity for 1-1 educational therapy stems from her own experiences of academic struggles and low self-esteem. She knows firsthand the benefits of this intensive setting, and explores with each student how their unique brain learns and identifies the specific tools, strategies, and instruction needed for them to thrive and build confidence. This personal background fuels Nicole's dedication to social justice and educational equity, driving her to be a cheerleader and unwavering advocate for all her students and their families. Seeing her students grow into happy, self-aware individuals is one of her proudest career achievements.

Nicole is a Wilson-trained provider who integrates her advanced training in evidence-based methodologies such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, and Lindamood-Bell’s Visualizing & Verbalizing and Seeing Stars Programs with her extensive background in theatre to make learning engaging and multisensory. Committed to her craft, Nicole is passionate about staying updated on the latest research regarding neuroscience and learning. She has worked 1-1 with students of various learning differences, including but not limited to Dyslexia, ADHD, APD, Processing Disorders, Anxiety, and Autism.

Nicole lives in the South Bay with her partner Brae and their two rescue pups-Cosita and Nugget. In her free time, Nicole loves attending Broadway musicals, baking Italian-American desserts, and exploring new destinations through travel.
